Disclaimer

Sarathi Portal Guide is an independent information website. It is not a government website and is not connected with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, NIC, Parivahan, Sarathi or any state transport department.

Information, not legal advice

We explain official rules in simple words and check them against official sources, with the date of our last check on each page. Rules, fees and procedures can change and can differ by state. The official portal, the notification and your RTO always have the final word.

No applications here

We do not accept applications, documents or payments, and nobody from Sarathi Portal Guide will contact you to process a licence. Beware of agents or websites that ask for money to skip tests.

Links to other sites

We link to official government sites so you can act on the information. We do not control those sites.
